D-Day

They say how are you? I say I'm tired. They just look at me in shock.They say how can you be so tired, you are young? I say I'm fighting more then they could ever imagine.  They give me the look yet again. I go on to explain its there even thought they can't see it. I feel it even thought they can't feel it. It changes my mood and messes up my days and nights. They look at me like I am mental.. I get my injection out before I eat something at the restaurants or wherever where all the looks and questions are directed my way. I can't help it i have a disease. They can look and ask stupid things but i am and will always be #t1d
